Q: How do I remove the filter screen?

1. Push screen out of mouthpiece
2. Peel off silicon mouthpiece cover
3. Put all components in hot water or rubbing alcohol and let soak for 2-5 minutes
4. Let dry for 2-3 minutes
5. Reassemble arts

Q. My mouthpiece seems to be clogged. How do I clean it?

For deep cleaning use the included G Tool to remove any solid residue. For the deepest cleaning, you can soak your mouthpiece in isopropyl alcohol for about 30 to 30 minutes. Followed by thoroughly rinsing in hot water.

Q: What are the specs of the internal battery?

Rechargeable 2200mAh / 7.77Wh, 3.7-4.0V lithium-ion battery.

Q. What are the materials used in the device?

Q. How do I change between Celsius and Fahrenheit?

For Celsius, simultaneously hold down front panel button and upper side button. For Fahrenheit, simultaneously hold down front panel button and lower side button.

Q. What is the best temperature setting to use for vaporizing dried cannabis?

To get the best and most lasting flavour our of your preferred cannabis, we recommend a setting of 375 (F) or 190(C) 

Q. How long does single charge last for?

On a full charge, expect 12 to 15 activations (5 minute heating periods)

Q. How do I know I have full charge?

All four battery life indicators will be illuminated.

Q. How much ground material can fit inside the heating chamber?

Without packing the chamber too tightly, the chamber can fit anywhere from 0.25 to 0.75 grams of dried cannabis.

Q. How does it work?

It's as simple as it looks. First, add the herb & oil of your choice. Second, set the time and temperature via the labeled buttons . Thirdly, dispense your uniquely infused creation into the vessel of your choice (we recommend a mason jar as that can up to 16 oz at a time). Lastly, throw reservoir into the dishwasher for easy clean up.

Q. What's in the box?

For now, just the device itself and a manual with instructions and information. This is all you need to get started.

 Q. How do I clean my Pyptek pipe?

CF20 pipes were designed with easy cleaning in mind. You can use hot water and dish soap plus elbow grease and Q-tips, or you can use isopropyl alcohol with kosher salt to remove any residue that has adhered to the glass. Here’s a helpful video. https://youtu.be/r2QbpMKlZ0g

Q.  Are my screens cleanable?

Yes, the screens are high-grade stainless steel and can easily be cleaned by using a gloved hand and pair of pliers to hold the screen and then burn off any residue with a lighter. Be careful anytime you are using your hands, metal, and fire as metal does conduct heat and takes a little time to cool before handling with your bare hands.

Q.  How do I put my CF20 Cannabis pipe back together?

First, make sure you have the smallest o-ring in the grooved slot where the glass bowl sits in the pipe head and the next sized o-rings in the grooved slots where the tube goes in the pipe body. The glass bowl should slide back in easily to the metal pipe head. Then, push the tube through using a Sharpie marker if necessary to center your glass tube between the ends of the metal casing. For the Pocket and Titan, place the largest o-ring in the pipe head at the body-head joint followed by a stainless steel screen. Screw the body and head back together and enjoy! *Note: The Nano glass can only be pushed through by the small end or mouthpiece first as the bowl side will not slide through the metal casing.
